Guitar
Erin LaPrad has been playing guitar, flute and drums all her life. She is the guitarist, co-lead singer and songwriter in the award-winning rock band Karmic Brick, whose music receives international airplay and can be heard locally on 95.5 WBRU out of Providence. She has also appeared in several Enter Stage Left productions and is president of ESL’s adult chorus The Treblemakers. Erin received her B.S. in Film and Television Production from Boston University in 1999. Since then she has freelanced in video and music production in the Los Angeles and Boston areas, been busy recording and performing with her band, and been even busier raising her two children. She also owns and operates Music Safari, a program in which kids can explore music and are encouraged to enjoy and express themselves through it.
Chris Carter is a 1996 graduate from UMass Lowell’s Music Business Program and has been teaching guitar full-time since then. He teaches here at the CAA, at the Needham Fine Arts, the Weston Recreation and the Franklin Recreation. During the summer, Chris offers group guitar classes through the Holliston and Ashland recreation departments. He also has years of experience playing in bands and frequently jams with other musicians. Aside from teaching and performing, Chris is a member of the Connecticut Songwriters Association and writes and records original music to be used in radio and T.V.
Robb Millett has been in bands in and about the Boston/Metrowest area since 1971. During his tenure with the Hot Dates, received varied amounts of local airplay on WBCN, WERS, WAAF and several college stations. In the early 90s, with “The United Snakes”, Robb released the CD “Lighten Up! This Ain’t Brain Surgery” to critical acclaim. Since 1995, Robb has been the front man/protagonist/ringleader of the Spock Goes Mental floating pick-up band. Over the course of his career as a guitarist/songwriter/musician, Robb has played in many bands of varied styles, including Rock & Roll, Metal, Punk, New Wave, Fusion, Blues, Folk, Jazz and Avante Garde. He is fluent in many styles, from Drop-C Thud to Folk fingerstyle.
Piano
Judean LaSalle Feldman has taught strings and piano privately and for a number of school systems since 1979. Ms. Feldman plays the violin in numerous orchestras and ensembles including the Worcester Symphony Orchestra, Wellesley Symphony Orchestra, and the MetroWest Symphony Orchestra of Hopkinton.
Nancy Phipps received her BA in Music from Susquehanna University and has 30 years teaching experience. She tailors music to the individual’s tastes and firmly believes that piano playing should be FUN!
Haim Pickholz is a graduate of Berklee College of music. A Jazz musician and a piano teacher. He Performed with Bette Midler and George Benson, and the Manhattan Transfer. Haim produced his own CDs, and produced Cds for other musicians through his media company “Sleek Music Productions”. Haim has been teaching for over 20 years. He teaches Jazz and Classical music, pop and other genres to all ages and all levels. He encourages creativity and provides students with opportunities to compose arrange and record their own compositions.
Richard Romiti has a doctorate in music from the University of Toronto, and has taught music courses at the University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island College, Providence College and the University of Toronto, as well as No. Smithfield Jr. -Sr. High School. Richard’s lessons are $30 per half hour or $45 for a 45 minute lesson.
Viola and Violin

Voice
Mark DiCampo has attended both the New England Conservatory and Boston Conservatory of Music. He also participated in The Boston University Tanglewood Institute, and has performed with several area arts organizations. Mark’s lessons are $30 per half hour.
